Supply Ship Chest
The MineColony supply ship is a great start to your Colony, It can be placed before you set down your town hall, and upon placing the chest, spawn the supply ship. Within the chest you can find some materials and other MineColony chests, although the quantities will depend on what difficulty setting your playing the game at.
Town Hall Chest
The Town Hall is the centre of your colony, and must be in place before any buildings other than the Supply Ship can be made. The Town Hall needs a large area to expand into so plan ahead !
The Citizen’s Chest is home to a pair of citizens, and is required for the male of the pair to take a role as a worker. Citizens will also head home to their Citizen Chest at night. Placing additional Citizen Chests is key to increasing the population of your Colony.
The Builder is a key worker in your Colony as without him you cannot make any of the structures that are very important to growing your Colony. Once placed an unemployed male citizen who has a citizen chest will walk to the Builder Chest and take up the role of Builder! – Your now ready to start constructing your Colony !
The Miners chest lets an unemployed male citizen who has a Citizen Chest become a Miner. The Miner will dig down into the depths of the earth to mine all those valuable resources for you. Upgrade his house to make him dig further and further down to the better resources.
The Lumberjack Chest lets an unemployed male citizen who has a Citizen Chest become a Lumberjack. The Lumberjack will chop down nearby trees for their wood, and being Eco Friendly, will replace them with saplings to ensure your wood cutting industry is fully sustainable !
The Farmers Chest creates a Farmer Worker from an unemployed male citizen who has a Citizens Chest. The Farmer will till the land around his chest and plant wheat, and tiles of water for irrigation. as the wheat matures he will harvest it, ready for making into bread that your non worker citizens require to remain happy.
The Bakery Chest creates a Baker Worker from an unemployed male citizen who has a Citizens Chest. The Baker will turn wheat into bread that your non worker citizens require to remain happy.
The Hunter can be created in the same manner as other Workers. The Hunter will patrol your Colony at night and attack any hostile mobs. Although adept at killing Hostile Creatures, the Colony may still suffer from Creeper damage !!
The Delivery Man is a worker who will run between all your other workers chests and pick up the items they create, and return those items to his central delivery chest within his warehouse. He will also distribute tools and other items the workers need to perform their tasks. The Delivery boy helps to centralise your management of your Colony.
The Bank currently has no NPC associated with it. however at the Bankers Chest you can convert Iron and Gold bars, and Diamonds into coins to supplement your Colony’s wealth. You can also convert the wealth back into Iron or Gold Ingots and even Diamonds!!! Thus a healthy profitable Colony can get you some extra rewards.
The warning bell gives you an audible alarm of hostile creatures nearby. Place it up high for maximum coverage!
The Barracks is where you train colony guards. It is an essential part of a well defended colony.
The Watchtower lets you station guards at strategic locations around your colony.
